Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for faster delivery
2. Free Shipping (via EMS)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Free for orders over $50 USD
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide (with some exceptions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Allure Favour purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is completely intact)
- All Health & Beauty products
- Personalized or customized items
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method:

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Exchange Process
Follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Please specify:
- Desired size, color, or alternative product
- Exchanges are subject to availability
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. International refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes
- Marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
