At Allure Favour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges Process
Follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Specify the desired size, color, or alternative product. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes
- Marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Note: Refunds for international orders will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
